Description
The sidewalks at 14th and Broadway are always filthy. For people who visit or come to work in downtown Oakland, this is a disgusting way to say welcome to our city. It seems that the last time this sidewalk was cleaned was 20 years ago. Layers of black crud, discarded gum, spit, found debris and worse are everywhere.
