You should see what they did to my driveway and the corner of my house while "updating my gas line"... Pay peanuts, get monkeys.

These people are paid really well, after all they are almost all union workers. Possibly that is the problem, they cant get fired unless they dont show up to work or they kill someone. Maybe the police officers that make 20-30 bucks more an hour than a regular flagger could oversee the work since they are there just standing around with no flags.
