Description

Major demolition and reconstruction of exterior decks on 2nd and 3rd story and interior of home including windows being performed by an unqualified "handy man" without permits. This has been going on for months. There is a mold issue inside the home due to interior flooding. This molded debris is not being properly handled or disposed of. Dangerous debris piled up in right of way next to home. Boards with nails sticking out, ect. There are many small children in the neighborhood. The extent of the structural work being done on this home should be performed by a licensed contractor. The handy man performing the work actually passed out and an ambulance was called a couple weeks ago. There is a dangerous situation at this home including the mold issue, unsafe deck work on the upper story(no railings) of the home and the dangerous debris created by such.
