Description

I first reported on 6/22/2015 that the crossing signals for pedestrians were covered. I was told in my previous ticket that these were covered until crossing lines were painted. I see people everyday trying to cross here and because the signals are covered, pedestrians do not know when to cross. This is extremely dangerous. These signals work so why are they covered?
