Description

I received a email today in reference to #14-90188451 stating that the alley was cleaned by J.Greenfield on 7/17/2015 @ 9:45am and closed out by K. Russell on 8/10/2015. This is clearly not the case. Please see attached picture. No one has come out to clean this alley and I have not seen anyone cleaning it either. So, this is why I'm submitting a new request.
