I should note that the address of this place should NOT be Hamilton Pl. It is located on the pedestrian stairs off 28th street directly opposite Hamilton Pl. Once you go up the public stairs a bit there is a structure COMPLETELY covered in graffiti AND there is frequently trash and fecal material covered mattresses/Condoms on the floor. The nearby church and resident volunteers sometimes clean the adjacent stairs but vagrants frequently come back and leave drugs and needles and other forms of paraphernalia.
