I've referred this to our Public Works Department. I will update this issue when I have heard back from them. Thanks for reporting.

This is near Hunting Ridge & Litchford. This intersection needs a traffic light. The other day I waited 8 minutes too turn left onto Litchford . It is very bad . When a bus is there you have to sit there for awhile till the bus moves.

The intersection of Litchford Road and Osprey Circle is a small cul-de-sac with approximately 2 dozen homes. The traffic volumes are insufficient to warrant traffic signals for this location. Other reports indicate that there have been no accidents within a recent 12 month study period, which is also one of the criteria for the installation of traffic signals. At this time, the City of Raleigh could not recommend the installation of traffic signals for this intersection based on the national standards set forth by the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices.
