Access to hot water in the building is never certain. We've had trouble 5 of the last 10 days this month. Sometimes it's out for an hour, sometimes a day, but it's way too frequent. We often have to BOIL water to get ready for work. Besides being illegal and infuriating, this regularly makes us late for work and increases our gas bill. Management doesn't seem to be in a hurry to do anything (most days I call and leave a message or if I get someone they say they're working on it). This has been going on since we moved in nearly a year ago (but probably much longer). If it weren't for this we'd be quite happy with the place.

Our management company is 92-98 Morningside LLC (landlord is Baruch Singer). The management office # is 212.254.4374. Thank you very much - all help is greatly appreciated.

We called Baruch Singer's office and spoke with his receptionist. She says that the super will address the problem today. If your hot water is not restored, please continue to call 311. You can also contact your local City Council member for help.
