Description

This morning around 11:00 a tractor/trailer attempted to make a U-turn on Caldecott Lane near the W/B Highway 24 turn off and entrance, and when I drove by he was trying to dig up a large highway sign. I came home a while ago to find the sign posts sawed off and the sign on the ground.
