Description

A load of loose cement or rock dust has been dumped on the side of the street, pouring into broken sidewalk.
Nearby is also a broken up sheet of plywood.

I was told by a resident (Laurie Garnier) that she reported this dumping some time ago & the city did not clean it up.

I took the photos yesterday when I first observed it. I cannot figure out how to send you photos. I will submit this & then try to send photos also.
