Maybe the bike thieves would be caught that live in the area too if a camera or police car checked out the area.

You can't put a cop on a country road too much money. It sounds like the are locals! Talk to them or begg for camera . Tell them you know where to make money and they will stick there head up your @#$% until you are pleased.
