Description

the light at northbound hwy 63 and the north bound exit at 52. mainly late at night (11pm) I travel north on 63 into town every night and the light only stays green for 10 seconds before turning red and sometimes stays red until a car exits 52, and when it turns red, there are no cars around, seems to work fine during the day, could only need to be reprogrammed. its just frustrating being that time of night and having to stop and wait for no reason.
