A. The auto shop at fairview and upas densely parks vehicles along upas, fairview, and van buren. The vehicles make street visibility horrible and emergency access down smaller street impossible. Many of the parked vehicles have body damage, expired sticks, and the workers work on them in the public right of way. This has been going on for years.
