New fallen tree branches from continually dilapidated tree on 1500 b/o Fifth St NW across from KIPP DC Shaw Campus. The tree must be removed before it injures or kills someone.

Another perspective, branch cometely blocks sidewalk, making it impossible for some local seniors and children to walk over. They must walk into street to avoid it.
