I off loaded both those cans along with several others on Saturday when I cleaned the parking lot. Public work informed me that waste management is supposed to pick these up daily. They were unable to answer my question on when is PWD responsible for dealing with the city trash containers. Waste management gave me the run around and would get back to me.
