This vehicle blocks visibility when turning onto 2nd at NW from Adams St NW. I have had many near misses because it is impossible to see around this massive and habitually illegally parked vehicle.

I also see this vehicle padked here regularly. It's dangerous. We can't see when we're trying to turn from Adams onto Second. If this causes me to have an accident, I will come after the owner of this vehicle for damages.
