Drove by on 8/3 and noticed a wire hanging down from pole in front of 54 Chester Street, on to a vehicle, and into the street. Wire appears to be a Verizon wire. Contacted Verizon Dispatch and informed them of issue and that a technician needed to respond. Requested a follow-up
