I posted the same dumping issue across the street from empty lots 661-665-669 earlier this week; also posted it a couple of weeks ago - some tires were removed but yesterday there was another tire, garbage and furniture. If not cleaned up completely people will continue to dump and there are no residential homes on MacArthur in the immediate location to put eyes on the perpetrators.

City of Oakland Public Works Department addressed this issue on 08/07/2015, service request # 596129.
