I've never seen a city that is run by the homeless instead of the city leaders. All of you know exactly where their waste is going. These people don't want housing because they'd have to follow the rules. How bout a big lot somewhere with potties and washrooms. Maybe city hall would be perfect so city leaders can deal with them all day.

Simply, I could not agree more but it seems the groups that could fix this won't. I haven't had a full night of sleep for 3 days and unlike them I work for a living. Thank you for always being supportive.

Not a problem. We've dealt with the homeless in our area and it's not nice.
