Description
There is an abandoned bulldozer sitting on West 41st Street and has been there for some time. It's leaking oil and blocking an entire lane. It's an eye sore and makes driving on this residential road incredibly difficult. If it were actually being used on a daily basis, it would be tolerable, but it is not. I'm sure the city has a better place to park unused work equipment than on a public residential street.

I have been wondering about this. I think the bulldozer in question is parked right next to Forest Hill Park, which is a historic public property. Both the residents and this notable public land deserve better. Move it!

There's actually two of them. One is directly next to the park, the other one (which has been there even longer) is on the other side of 41st Street near the end of the street across from the huge CSX truck that parks there every night.

This bulldozer also creates a dangerous bottleneck for cars turning off and onto Forest Hill and West 41st street. I have had a couple of close calls already myself. This has to be moved ASAP!!

So there seem to be two abandoned bulldozers on W 41st Street. One on the south side of Forest Hill Ave, the other on the north side of FHA. How about getting both of them moved somewhere else???!!

There are 3 pieces of equipment at this intersection. This equipment is part of the gas line upgrade and should be moved soon. If this is not reasonable please call 646-1940.
