Description

There's a water line breakage in all the apartments over here human sewage and feces was coming up from the floor and from the bathtub of my apartment I've tried to contact the landlord who sent out a plumber who would not start any work claiming that it was raining when it was not said that he would not get up on the roof because his company call Rooter Man Plumbing would not give him authorization to start any work my question is why would they even send one man to do the work for the two remaining tenants that reside here. I tried to contact the Bennett Taylor Andrews the Property Manager from the real estate company call Command Capitol LLC I even went to the apartment complex next door to speak to Sean the maintenance man for these apartments and he refused to give me the landlords the direct number but he did call him while I was standing there but we're not let me speak to him. The company call Rooter Man plumbing did come out as I mentioned but refused to start any work stating that he needed authorization from his supervisor and they would not give him permission because he lied and said it was raining even though the rain had stopped. I received a text message with no name that may have possibly been the landlord telling me to just chill out and weather the storm and I replied to the text message why is it that you cannot call me knowing that there are human feces coming up from the bathtub and under the floor this building is not up to code I could possibly be sitting over a potential sinkhole because they is breakage in the drain system and to add the tenants that used to live in apartment 4 had to move out because they were going through the same thing as I am experiencing now and I saw for myself when they let me in their apartment and showed me the brown water that was coming from their faucets and shower heads and before they moved out as well as before the rain even started like it has been raining now for the last several days they were still having backup issues in there sewer drainage. the tenant in apartment one that lives there now have the same problem in this landlord is putting our lives and health at risk not to mention that I on Hud through the Boley Centers Housing. I am in distress and I am a heart patient I cannot use the restroom and have to take my pills with the remaining soft drinks that I have in the refrigerator because I am afraid to drink the water I'm afraid to cook with the water again I'm afraid that I may be sitting over a potential Sinkhole I have mentioned. I will provide I will provide hey photo to show proof and hopes that it will help get someone out from the city codes and compliance department this morning. the city of st. Petersburg promptly came out this morning and inform me that it is the apartment complex water line and drainage that is the primary issue as to why there's raw sewage coming up from the bathtub and water is coming up from under the floor. My number is (727) 333-0083 again in the address is 3820 7th Avenue North apartment #2 - St Petersburg Florida 33713
