The lack of care and maintenance for this property is posing a serious risk to the children in the neighborhood. This home has a screened in pool, but the enclosure is broken and the fence is also broken. Other neighbors have done their best to ask the home owner to fix the problem, but she refuses to do so. Currently a broken gate leans up agains the opening creating an insufficient barrier to the overgrown backyard and pool. What makes matters worst is that the pool pump stopped worked over 2 years ago! The pool is absolutely horrific and full of all types of bacteria, mold, and other harmful pathogens. With so many children living on the street this could be a deadly combination.
