This is a real problem on our street too. Last week we came home from work and there was someone going thru our recycle bin that was about 30 feet down our driveway. I read this Chinese woman the riot act and told her never to come on our property again otherwise I would call the cops for trespassing. At that moment it went from just a quality of life issue to a personal safety thing. Too bad all our other neighbors could care less about this kinda stuff. It takes a village, people.
