i.e. Avon st crosses University Ave and there were severe potholes right at the blacktop of Univ making it difficult to cross Univ. Same at other crossings. While they did add gravel and level it, it took a week to do it. More monitoring of the temp crossings and gradings should be done. New rain has already made pot holes after they graded on Thursday. And, signs for business are located so as to block view of Univ Ave traffic making it difficult to safely cross University...Move the signs...I know businesses need them but hey......traffic hazard?
