I have notified EMC of the outage. They have indicated that the light will be repaired within 5 to 7 business days. Please let me know the status of this light once the seven days are up so that I can either close this issue or recontact EMC.
I have reported the issue to EMC again. They said it should be repaired within 5 business days as they had to do another work order. Please let me know by Monday, August 17th if it has or has not been fixed.
Since I have not received any additional feedback since early August, I am closing this issue. Please let me know if it has not been addressed and I will gladly recontact EMC.
