Description

There has been a steady increase in the presence of homeless people begging for money around Elm St. It is a major traffic and safety hazard, especially when they approach cars. This has been noticed the most often by the 91 offramps, the intersection of 220 with Freshwater Blvd, in front of the road to DD/McDonalds, and in front of the road going into Friendly's/Enfield Square Mall. Please monitor and address this growing problem.
