After the past few rainfall events have swept the dirt out of the way and I noticed that the sanitary sewer manhole frame located in the northwest corner of Charolotte and Old Post has shifted off center from the manhole opening. The only thing that comes to mind is the snow removal over winter, the plows always push snow up over the curb in this location and when it builds up too much they drive up and push it further back to open up for visibility and additional snow storage for the next event.
