Filled void with black dirt and seeded. Complete as of 8/10/2015.

I'm not sure how well this fix will work. As the hole is between the Inlet frame and the drainage structure, the black dirt and seed will most likely wash down into the hole again over the next several rain events. In my semi-expert opinion, concrete would be needed to seal the hole in the concrete.

We will have a supervisor inspect the storm drain and advise.
