Description

A Brinks security truck routinely double parks on lower New Scotland Ave in front of Panera and CVS between 10 AM and 11 AM. The truck doesn't even attempt to park legal when there are nearby open spots. It creates real chaos on lower New Scotland Ave as everyone tries to get around the truck which also has alot of construction going on. Eventually a vehicle, bicyclist, or pedestrian is going to be involved a serious accident because of this.
