Description

Three issues:

1. Parking spots from 320-322 Lombard Street flood after rain leaving a large body of standing water for 2-3 days. Condition has existed for at least 3.5 years and creates mud and mosquito breeding. City dug up area (about 2 houses long) last summer, replaced with fill, and it still sits as a hole a year later. Needs to finally be fixed and drain the street properly.

2. Add to that more construction on the water & sewer lines this week in front of 318 Lombard which has left a huge mud hole and no curb (was removed by someone yesterday). Needs urgent repair.

3. Finally, there is s sinkhole surrounding the shutoff access in the parking spot front of 326-328 Lombard. Police came recently and put a cone over it but was removed by drivers and parked over. The hole is getting bigger and the pipe cracking. Needs repair before it creates a serious issue or leak.

The 300 block of Lombard has been torn up for years and needs proper repair. Please fix what has been promised for years. It has become a serious issue for residents of the block.
