Description

Evidently absentee landlords David and Jody Steinbach can't afford a lawnmower. Every year they raise a crop of dandelions and seed the neighborhood. This once lovely historic property was built by New Haven's first black dentist with Caribbean detailing that pleased his Barbados born wife. It is such a shame to see this property deteriorate to such a degree. Stucco cracking, roof leaking, very unkempt grounds and current occupants that don't care. The city of New Haven should fine these depraved owners for their irresponsible behavior

My friends live there and don't own a lawn mower. Once one of them borrowed a rusty old push mower, but it was completely ineffective. Do any of you live close enough to lend a lawn mower sometime? A working push mower would be ideal.

I'll gladly donate my old lawn mower....it needs a tuning, blade sharpening, and a new pull start. Club Cadet, push mower.....7 years old. Come pick it up and it's yours to keep.
