Description

Heading northbound by bike on 16th just north of Race St. Car in the left-hand lane cuts across all four lanes into right turn lane and cuts bike off. Bike collides with right side of car while trying to veer out of the way. Crazy intersection with no bike lanes or indication of cars entering the right turn lane needing to yield to bikes in the right lane.
