My backyard abuts this vacant property. The abundant overgrowth from the vacant property grows into my fence and onto my property. I have replaced the wire fence once already. The stockade portion (2 sections) belongs to the vacant property as well and I've had to tie it up since it has fallen into my yard. I have made several complaints over the years and all that gets done is mowing of a small patch of grass close to the vacant house. Whoever owns the property needs to be held responsible for taking care of this yard and to prevent it from growing into my yard and ruining fences - which now need to be replaced.
