Description

The public easement between Dorchester Way and Kensington Way in West Portal hasn't been maintained or cleaned up in years. A few of the adjoining residents do a little upkeep, but the whole strip needs a major overhaul. Many trees are dead or dying, and the ground is mostly weeds.
