Description

The playground at Carter Jones Park looks like it's in an abandon city. There are plants literally growing up the sides of the play structure and weeds covering the safety mulch. The mulch is so low that the city will be facing a lawsuit if a child gets hurt there. The grass is over 2 feet tall in some spots (in violation of the city's own code) and is in desperate need of some weed whacking. There used to be 4 garbage cans in the designated spots and now there is one. The reason this park is blighted in a neighborhood that is not is because of city neglect.
