This vehicle is inoperable and they (a man and woman couple with a pit or pit mix; both in mid-20s, a short Latino man with long, braided hair and a short heavier set female apparently recovering from a gunshot wound) use to sleep/live in. Their other vehicle, a red VW Jetta (MN lic. 194JZC), is used for coming and going as well as dealing, storing, and transporting drugs—coke, heroine, or meth.
