A homeless camp has knocked down part of a fence and made a shelter behind the trash dumpster area behind the Lane Building at 727 W Hargett St. I was taking out some recyclables and could smell alcohol and smoke, looked around and saw the shelter and camp. A lot of women work late and leave alone from the Lane Building. This is not safe and needs to be addressed. We never see them, but a hole in the fence has been knocked out between the camp and the railroad tracks.
