The Inspector will continue to monitor the situation in the future.

The picture clearly show WEEDS and GRASS 24-36 inches tall. Perhaps you could send another inspector out or at least one that is not blind. Please have someone contact me so I can meet the inspector. Perhaps they went to the wrong address.
