Enhanced Residential Parking Permit (ERPP) with (red/white Zone 2 Permit only) signs greatly needed. Myself and my neighbors on 1600 Block Riggs Pl NW find it increasingly difficult to find street side parking on a daily basis. We are one block from the heart of DuPont's 17th and R St main arteries and find out of state parking and no RPP holders on our block regularly being abused for hours on end. Parking enforcement is noticeably intermittent and can only do so much. After several years, we are at a point where action needs to be taken with the installation of these signs on one side of the street.
