Chapter 124, Zoning, prevents hedges from being placed in the right of way. Chapter 102, Public Nuisances, gives the Borough Manager the authority to correct this situation. If after investigation we concur with your observation, a notice will be mailed to the property owner requesting corrective action. Expect the process to take at least one week.
