Hamden chose to wait. The tree fell down of its own accord, scraping a parked car on the way. Public Works has cut of the trunk and cleared that away. They also began cutting branches from the tree across the street. "It's hollow all the way down," yelled the guy in the cherry picker. They have decided, however, to finish the job a different day. Hope that is a good decision.
