this property at 1616 north 31st street is boarded up . the grass have not been cut in two years.you can imagine what is over there now. this is the back yard. the couple that live in the house at 1618 north 31st street keep the front cut. no one can get in the back yard it is really bad. the grass and weeds and limbs have grown way over 12ft. s
there are people living on both side of that house. please have someone clean up the back yard at 1616 north 31st street. Thank you.
