City of Oakland, start doing your job. Clean these encampments up. Letting them get bigger and bigger is unacceptable. Something needs to give. STOP ALL EXCUSES

do you mean the one on Mandela Parkway, at 20th street? that one (has been there for months) has an open ticket over here - http://seeclickfix.com/issues/1781045 ...though not like the camp will ever actually get removed :p

"I am concerned that he is creating a fire hazard." lol! you'll be happy to know, back in May, there were several explosions and a fire at this camp site. Firefighters came and put it out relatively quickly, and the camp was built back up, bigger than ever, within a few days :p

Good job city leaders. They can remove permanently if they tried harder , more so if they continue to set fires . All the pictures of these encampments need to be on Ms. McElhaney's desk. She can feel sorry all she wants for the homeless, letting them do as they please does not make her district safe and it's part of her job to clean this mess up.
