Ok well residents of Rock Creek Rd having been very vocal for ovet 2 decades about the need for spped bump or aome speed control device on this street. Nothing Yet. A male operating a silver car almost hit a kid as he was flying into the cul de sac. His music was so loud he didnt even apologize to the kids. Now we have the issue of over grown bushes and grass on west hill rd, rock creek rd where the Wadley house use to be, and from on the left side of rock creek going towards victory drive. Well, home owners have complained, to New Haven public works, over and over to the point i am tried of hearing the young man's voice who answers the phone at public works. Now for the past 2 months residents of 14/16 have been dealing with a sink hole in front of their house. Public works keeps filling it with asphalt and the hole returns within days of them filling it. Now the area is huge and is becoming deeper. My concern is that someone is going to get hurt while walking in the datk as the whole has opened again. On last Tuesday. New haven public works came out last week filled it with asphalt the employee name William or Walter stated he was calling engineering as it was their problem. I went down to the cities engineering office and spoke with staff, as i had to leave the peraon i needed to speak woth Giovonni a message as he was not available. Needlessto say I also called him, and as of the date and time of this click it no call or contact has been receives from Giovonni. The problem is the people holding these positions at the City of New Haven do not have any investment in our city as they do not live in New Haven. So tomorrow morning i will be calling the Mayor's offfice as something needs to be down before someone gets hurt or a child falls into the sink hole. Harp its preparation for election time, and its time for your city workers to respomd to this tax payer. If you want votes from this district things need to happen as we all talk to each other.
