Description

Progress waste removal @ 6:10 am, this is an ongoing problem with this driver. Truck #20669, the codes state the waste pick up is NOT before 7AM yet this driver thinks they are exempt! Maybe Progress Waste would like to purchase my home because the noise they make is detrimental to any quality sleep here. The other option is to do something about this driver!
