Description
The fences alongside the 980 highway have been compromised and many homeless have encampments in and around the fenced areas. Lots of trash has accumulated in and around the fenced area which poses a health risk to the community. The homeless poses a security and safety risk to drivers and nearby residents. Please clean this up immediately and repair repair/reinforce the fences.
