Description

I reported this car on July 6th 2 warnings were issued but the car is still in the same spot has not moved in over 2 weeks and its been sitting there for a month and a half. It has a for sale sign on it and I actually got a ticket for parking my car on DC streets with a for sale sign on it I think there is a law that states you can't have a for sale sign on your car parked on the street but I don't know
