Description
Construction on going without permits. They are doing heavy construction work and there has been no notice and there are no permits posted. There is also a large truck parked there every day taking up multiple spaces in a permit-only neighborhood. The City is loosing revenue and they are getting away with ignoring the law.

I'm so glad to see that someone actually pulls an obstruction permit in this neighborhood
However, there is still the issue of no contractor name listed anywhere.

This is our house. I found this two years after the fact. There was no issue for the city to deal with at the time because the work on our remodel was fully legal and permitted. Plans were made available during the public comment period. One neighbor complained to the City after the public comment period and all his complaints were addressed on the record. The permit was not displayed when the house went up on “stilts” and digging began because the entire front of the house was under construction - there was nowhere to put it. Liberty Builders were on site daily and could have been asked to see the permit. The construction workers even had weekly parking permits for all their vehicles for almost six months.
We have lived in this house and this neighborhood for more than twenty years. Sad to see curmudgeonly neighbors use this platform to complain, instead of embracing the relationships and richness of the Temescal neighborhood as it’s evolved over time.
