Description

Several trash bags have been thrown behind the house and have been there a few weeks. This tenant refuses to get trash service so this is where the garbage ends up. They have all been placed in unused city of Lansing recycle bins with the lids open and overflowing with garbage. Thank you for your attention on this as the landlord has chosen to be absent for this property.
