I contacted EMC and they indicated that they would be out to look at the pole this afternoon. Please let me know whether or not they have addressed this issue by the end of the week as I will need to either close this item or recontact EMC.

I spoke with EMC again. They said that they could not find the work order and apologized for the lack of response. They indicated that they would send someone out and the light should be repaired within 3 to 5 business days. If it is not fixed by the end of next week, please let me know.
